• Non-Refundable: KO Pass memberships are non-refundable once purchased. The pass grants instant access to exclusive benefits, including event participation, performance tracking, and KO Points (KPs).

2. KO Points (KPs) Purchases

• Non-Refundable: KP purchases are final. KPs are immediately credited to your account and can be used for events, tournaments, and rewards.

• Accidental Purchases: Users must contact support within 24 hours before any further points are gained or lost.

3. KO Points Redemptions & Withdrawals

• No Refunds on Redeemed Rewards: Once KPs are exchanged for cash, gaming credits, or other rewards, the transaction cannot be reversed.

• Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed before attempting to resolve the issue with support, penalties may be imposed, including the loss of access to KO Coalition events and products.

4. Tournament Fees

• No Refunds on Entry Fees: KPs used to enter tournaments are non-refundable unless an event is canceled or significantly altered by KO Coalition.

5. KO Coalition Jackpot

• Contributions to the Jackpot Fund are non-refundable, as they support community-funded rewards.
